Well, day one had kind of a rough start. Poor Adrienne spent 4 hours in the ER. I'll email about that next.
I'm not a food photographer, but here they are anyway as proof that I am doing this! Lunch salad was so good that I ate most of it before I took a picture. That Dump Ranch is brilliant man. And why didn't I think of cooking a huge batch of chicken tenders and freezing them before? They worked great! They were tender and juicy. yum.
Sugar cravings have been a deal. I'm sure they'll get worse. Around 3 p.m. I had that Monkey Salad stuff and that really hit the spot! I dabbed a little almond butter on it and it was so tasty and really worked for my munchies. I ate 3 Mamabars throughout the day though. Gotta not do that tomorrow.
Spaghetti squash didn't make anyone happy for dinner except me. oh well.
Night time snacking isn't the huge deal it used to be. I started doing that intermittent fasting thing at the start of the year where you limit your eating time to 8 hours or less a day. I didn't lose any weight doing that, but I think it helped boost me to where I could even consider the thought of starting a Whole 30 challenge.
Day 1 done!
